Ah… Break ups! The most painful experienced that anyone can possibly feel…
Their are a lot of people who have a hard time moving on, most especially, if they truly love that person. Sometimes, we don’t even want to love anymore, we are afraid that if we love we will get hurt again, we even lose that special emotion because we end up hating that person way to much. There are also times that we are already ready to move on, but the moment we can finally forget him/her our feelings for them comes back at that time, I’m pretty sure you guys are saying: “Of all times why now…? Why now?”
Well, here’s my advice for you, some of my friends told me chocolates helps a lot, most especially dark chocolates, to taste a bitter sweet that suits your feelings, and moods… For me, I think if you feel sad and want to move on, at the same time your angry at him/her grab a piece of paper, and a pen or pencil, write your emotions out, express yourselves, you’ll be surprise what a piece of paper, and a pen or pencil can do. It might not make you totally forget him/her, but at least you can feel a little bit at ease. If that still doesn’t work after writing feel free to do whatever you want to do to the paper, you can rip it to pieces, or if you want shred it, or burn it, anything you want…
There are times that we have already end our relationship with that person, and yet everything that happens to that person, or anything that person do affects us, we feel like we need to get involve… DON’T! The more you get involve the more it will be hard to move on… try to control yourselves, if you can no longer control yourself go to a friend, ask for help, talk to them, trust me it will help a lot. You can also try expressing yourselves by writing, or by doing something that can help you take your mind of him/her; don’t do things that will be bad for you and your health, do things that can benefit you…
And next time you love, always try to love someone with your whole heart, remember we don’t know whether that person is the right one for us or not, as long as you give all your love there’s nothing wrong with it, after all, you won’t lose anything… True, it does hurt when we give all our love and our relationship fails, but that is LOVE! Just think, what if that person is the right one for you and you didn’t make that person feel that love that he/she wants it will be your lose. You can always move on, never, I say never ever let a person stop you from going through your life, just keep on going, keep moving forward, don’t ever waste your time because of a failed relationship. You have to treasure your life, becuase GOD gave it to you, it’s the first blessing we all get every morning… We don’t even thank HIM for it, to be honest saying “thank you” is not enough, that’s why we have to show it to HIM that we are grateful. That’s why, I say keep moving forward… never stop because of a failed relationship! If your relationship failed then it only means that he/she wasn’t the right one for you, their is someone out there waiting for you, who is purely much more suitable, and much more better than him/her… so keep searching, never give up!
